Request for 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code

Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

I am contacting you regarding my Razer headset (BlackShark V2 X). I recently obtained it second-hand, and unfortunately, I did not receive the original packaging or the activation card.

Because of that, I do not have access to the serial number or the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.

I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to help me obtain a license or activation code so I can use the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Please note that application codes, like the 7.1 surround sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the previous owner already registered and used the code, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a new one. 

According to our warranty policy, if you purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and Limited Warranty issues should be directed to that dealer. For more information, please refer to this link: https://www.razer.com/warranty

I highly recommend reaching out directly to the reseller from whom you purchased the device. They should be able to assist you further with your concerns and explore potential resolutions. Also, this will be the quickest way for you to get a replacement. Thank you for understanding!
