Request for 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code – BlackShark V2 X

Dear Razer Support,

 

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I did not receive an activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. I have checked the packaging thoroughly and could not find the code.

 

Could you please help me get a valid activation code?

 

Here are my purchase details:

- Product: Razer BlackShark V2 X

- Purchase Date: [3/8/2025]

- Purchase Store/Website: [Trendiyol]

- Serial Number: [Removed serial number]
