Hello Razer Support team. I bought new BlackShark v2 X headphones. When I try to register them on the website, it gives an error: "This product is already registered". The product is physically here with me. Could you please clear the old registration and send me a valid 7.1 activation code?

Please note that we don’t clear old registrations, and activation codes for apps like 7.1 Surround Sound are one-time use and tied to the account. If you’re getting this error, it usually means the headset was previously used and registered, or it may be counterfeit. The activation code for the BlackShark V2 X should also be included inside the box.
When and where did you purchase the headset? Please send me a PDF copy of your proof of purchase via PM so I can guide you through the next steps. Let’s go from there!
