I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X brand new from Amazon and when I go to register the product it says my product was already activated, could I please get a support member to help with this.

Let me help you with your headset. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and go over the registration details? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can view it in my end. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
