Dear Razer Support Team,

I am writing to you regarding an issue I have encountered with my Razer Blade laptop, which I purchased in August 2021.

First and foremost, I would like to express my overall satisfaction with the performance and capabilities of the laptop. It has been a reliable device, and I have enjoyed using it for various tasks. However, I have recently observed a concerning issue with the trackpad that I believe requires your attention.

Over the past few months, I have noticed significant swelling in the area surrounding the trackpad. Initially, this caused difficulties with clicking, but over the last few weeks, the trackpad has become entirely unusable.

After conducting some research, I suspect that this may be related to battery swelling.

While I understand that the warranty period has expired, I believe that given the premium price of the device, it should remain functional for an extended duration. I am reaching out to inquire about potential solutions or assistance your customer support team can provide in addressing this matter.

To provide you with more details, my laptop's serial number is BY2126M29104204, and Product Number : RZ09-0367CFC3.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise on possible courses of action, whether it be repair options, replacements, or any other solutions that may be available. I value the quality of Razer products and hope that we can find a resolution to this issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.

Sincerely

Try to reach support . And try not to use the laptop if you have to, remove the battery first, using bloated battery might cause fire hazard. Blade laptops can run without battery installed, directly from power supply. I had also battery swelling and use it without the battery until I reach the support and let them exchange and diagnose the new battery, I think it’s already 2 years since then, run still totally fine.
