Dear Razer Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding a battery swelling issue with my Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019. The battery has begun to expand, causing slight chassis pressure and presenting a safety concern that I would like to address as soon as possible.
I understand that shipping replacement batteries is not always standard procedure however, there are multiple documented cases where Razer has arranged battery replacements for out-of-warranty laptops when swelling is involved. To help streamline the process, I am sharing references from customers who were successfully assisted through this exact issue, and who received battery replacements directly from Razer support.

I’m fully prepared to proceed through the official steps. I have experience removing and reinstalling laptop batteries, I possess the required tools, and I can confirm that the trackpad continues to function after the battery is removed. Additionally, there is no visible chassis damage caused by the swelling.
Since this is a safety-related hardware issue, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving it promptly.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your guidance.
Kind regards,
Fahad Awad
