Hello Razer Support,
I recently purchased a second-hand Razer Kraken X headset. Unfortunately, the previous owner had already registered the product and used the activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound.
I would like to know if it’s possible to receive a new activation code, as I do not have access to the original one. I can provide the serial number of the headset if needed.

+1Not possible to receive new code, once headset was registered by previous owner. It’s already bound to his RazerID account.

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Please note that application codes, like the 7.1 surround sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the previous owner already registered and used the code, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a new one.
