Dear Razer Support,

I have been using my Razer Viper Ultimate since 2021, and I absolutely love it.
However, the mouse feet have worn out over time, and I would like to replace them.

I am not interested in using third-party or generic replacements, as I prefer to maintain the original feel and quality of the mouse.

Could you please let me know if it's possible to purchase official replacement glides (mouse feet) for the Razer Viper Ultimate?

I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance on how to obtain them.
