I have a Blade Stealth 13 (RZ09-02812) which had a dual boot of Windows and Ubuntu. Now I want to reset the laptop to factory and wipe it clean but when I go the System Recovery Image Portal it says I have a Legacy device and cannot provide me proper files. Also, warranty support doesn’t allow me to open a case since the laptop is out-of-warranty.
Default windows install leave me with missing drivers and software and never works just right as if it was from factory. I’m hoping this is my best shot at getting the necessary recovery files.
