Dear Razer Support,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with a Razer Gold gift card that I received and attempted to use.

I submitted the card for trade on a third-party platform, but the transaction failed with messages indicating that the card was “already used” or “already exists in the system.” I did not redeem this card myself before submitting it.

To properly understand what happened, I kindly request your assistance in verifying the status of this code.

Please help me with the following information:

The exact date and time the code was redeemed

The region or account it was redeemed on

Whether the code had already been used prior to my submission

Here are the details for your reference:

Approximate submission time: May/ 01/2026 03:12PM

Issue: Reported as “used” or “invalid” during trade
