 Request for Refund – Returned Parcel / Order Not Showing on My Account

Hello,

 

My package was returned to Razer because I missed the delivery attempt. Since then, my order no longer appears on my Razer account, so I am unable to request a refund through the website.


DHL has told me that my package has returned to you

Could you please confirm the reception of the returned package and proceed with the refund to my original payment method?

Let me assist you with your order. Can you send me a PM with a photo of your Order Confirmation email so I can include it when I forward your case to our Support Team? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. For security reasons, I would suggest removing your details from your post.
