My package was returned to Razer because I missed the delivery attempt. Since then, my order no longer appears on my Razer account, so I am unable to request a refund through the website.
DHL has told me that my package has returned to you
Could you please confirm the reception of the returned package and proceed with the refund to my original payment method?
