I’m reaching out to see if anyone here can help me. I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed headset, but it didn’t come with the 2.4GHz USB dongle that I need for the wireless connection. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a replacement dongle, or if there’s any way to contact Razer for a replacement.
I’ve already checked the official website, but I wanted to ask the community for any additional advice or information.
