I am reaching out because I own a Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed (RZ04-0496) headset, but unfortunately it arrived without the USB wireless dongle. Since this dongle is essential for using the 2.4 GHz Hyperspeed connection, I would like to request information on how I can purchase an official replacement.
I live in Brazil, so I would also appreciate guidance on whether it is possible to order the dongle directly through Razer Support, or if there are authorized channels where I can buy it from.
