Hi Razer Support,

My Razer BlackShark V2 headphones USB dongle has stopped working. I would like to request a replacement dongle.

Please let me know the steps to obtain a replacement.

I understand you are looking for a replacement dongle for your Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. Please send me a private message confirming your country of residence, and please provide your proof of purchase in PDF format so I can check its warranty details. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Also, could you please let me know what happened to your dongle?
