Request for Replacement Due to Mouse Malfunction

Dear Customer Support,

I am contacting you because my mouse has developed several problems. It frequently registers a double-click when I click only once, and sometimes the buttons or cursor stop responding altogether.

I have already updated the software and drivers to the latest version, but the problems still persist. Therefore, I believe the mouse may be defective and would like to request a replacement with a new one.

Please let me know what information or documents you need to process the replacement.

Hey there, @ndnhchuanchuan

I understand that your mouse is experiencing multiple issues, including double-clicking when you only click once and instances where the buttons or cursor become unresponsive. Before we proceed with the warranty process, let's perform some additional troubleshooting steps to help resolve your buttons double clicking issue. Could you also let me know if the issue persists across all connection modes, such as wired, 2.4 GHz dongle, and Bluetooth (if supported by your device)?

  • Connect your mouse directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  • Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.

Razer Synapse on the system tray

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number so I can check its details in our system and assist you further. Thank you!
