I purchased several brand new Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X units directly from Amazon UK. All but one remained factory sealed and unopened until recently. Unfortunately, a few were found to be completely non-functional straight out of the box.
I’ve tried the usual support channels on the Razer website but was unable to get help because the units are now out of warranty (serial number lookup shows this). I also contacted Amazon, who directed me to reach out to Razer for assistance.
Could an official Razer support representative please reply with a contact email or let me know the best way to escalate this further? I’m happy to provide serial numbers, proof of purchase, and any other details as needed.
