Request for Support Regarding Razer Viper 8kHz Mouse Replacement or Refund

I am reaching out to request your assistance regarding an issue I have encountered with my Razer Viper 8kHz mouse, which I purchased from Media Markt on October 4th, 2023, with order number 35143687.

Recently, the device began experiencing connection issues. To resolve the problem, I submitted the product under warranty to the Media Markt store located at Metropol AVM in Ataşehir, Istanbul. After the repair process, I was informed upon collection that the device could not be repaired. I was then offered two options: a refund based on the original purchase price or the option to choose a new product for the same amount.

However, these options do not fairly address my situation. Since the time of purchase, the product’s value has changed significantly. I would therefore like to request either a replacement of the same product based on its current market price or a refund calculated according to today’s price.

Otherwise, I would face a considerable financial loss, which I find unacceptable. On July 29th, 2025, I was contacted by Media Markt customer service and advised to reach out to Razer directly to request a resolution. This is why I am contacting you now.

I kindly request your support in resolving this issue and appreciate your attention to this matter.
