Request for Warranty Support / Headband Replacement for Razer Kraken V3 X

Dear Support Team,

I purchased a Razer Kraken V3 X headset approximately 1.5 years ago. It has been working perfectly, and I have been very satisfied with the product.

However, I recently noticed a crack developing on the headband. I am surprised because the headset has never been dropped, mishandled, or subjected to rough use. In fact, it has not been used heavily. The crack appeared one day and, by the following day, the headband had completely broken into two parts.

I would like to know if this issue can be resolved under the product warranty. If the damage is not covered by warranty, would it be possible to replace only the headband instead of the entire headset?

I genuinely like this product and would prefer to repair it rather than discard it due to the broken headband. I would appreciate your guidance on the most feasible solution.
