Request for Windows Recovery Image for Razer Blade Laptop

Dear Razer Support,

I currently own a Razer Blade 15 mid 2019 base laptop, and unfortunately, the Windows installation on it has become corrupted. I did not create a backup or recovery image prior to this issue, and I’m now unable to restore the system to its original state.

Would it be possible to obtain a copy of the official Windows recovery image for my Razer Blade? Please let me know if any information or proof of purchase is needed to process this request.

I im having the exact same problem but when I follow your link and try to download the image it says “This product no longer offers system recovery image. Please refer to legacy products page for more details.” which brings me to a list where my model is listed. How did you manage to get that image?

Hello, I would like you to help me. What's happening is that I want to restore my laptop with the recovery using F9 when turning on the PC, but a box appears that says 5 and with an OK button, and the PC turns off.

I have the Razer Blade 2020 base model laptop with an i7 10750H and RTX 2060.

Could you help me with a recovery image please?

Also having the problem with aquiring an image, even though the support page claims to support 2017 and later, but not my 2019 blade advanced
