Dear Razer Support,
I currently own a Razer Blade 15 mid 2019 base laptop, and unfortunately, the Windows installation on it has become corrupted. I did not create a backup or recovery image prior to this issue, and I’m now unable to restore the system to its original state.
Would it be possible to obtain a copy of the official Windows recovery image for my Razer Blade? Please let me know if any information or proof of purchase is needed to process this request.
