Request to get a new Activation code for 7.1 Surround sound

Hi,

I purchased my Blackshark V2 + USB special edition headset a couple of days. There was no activation code in the box of the headset. Is it possible to get a new activation code through Razer support team?

Hello polyboxMadderLake562,

The Razer BlackShark V2 doesn’t support Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it has THX Spatial Audio integrated into your headset. I suggest taking a look at this link that provides detailed instructions on how to configure THX Spatial Audio on Razer Synapse. Hopefully this helps you get everything set up properly.
