Hello Razer Support,
I am able to log in to my Razer ID using my email address and password. However, I cannot complete the login process because SMS Two-Factor Authentication sends the verification code to my old phone number.
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that phone number, and I no longer remember the number itself.
I would like to request that the SMS Two-Factor Authentication be reset or removed so that I can register a new phone number.
I can verify that I am the owner of this account. I can provide:
- My current Razer ID email address
- My backup email address
- Proof of ownership of my registered Razer device
- Any other information required to verify my identity
