Hello Razer Support, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate (Model: RC30-030501), and the USB HyperSpeed dongle was accidentally physically damaged and no longer works. My serial number is: (*removed by moderator). I would like to know if it’s possible to obtain a replacement USB dongle, either under warranty or by purchasing one if necessary. Please let me know what information you need from me and the next steps.
