Reset 2-step Authenticaiton

Dear Support Team,

I am requesting assistance with resetting the two-step authentication on my account. Unfortunately, I have lost the device with the Authenticator app, as well as all backup codes. As a result, I am unable to log in to my account.

I would appreciate your prompt resolution of this issue. Please let me know if there are any additional details or documents required to verify my identity and restore access.

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to follow up on my previous request regarding the reset of two-step authentication on my account geoJASPER702. Unfortunately, I have not received a response for over a year.

As mentioned earlier, I have lost access to the device with my Authenticator app as well as all backup codes. As a result, I am completely unable to log in to my account.

I kindly ask you to review my case and assist in restoring access. 

I would greatly appreciate your help and a prompt resolution.
