Reset On-board Memory Macro

I have recently removed a macro key that I have set up in one of my profiles in the New Synapse. After that, I realise that whenever Synapse is running, my keyboard will connect and then disconnect. It will go on and on in a loop and does not end. The key was assigned in Hypershift previously. I am suspecting this might be due to the macro being saved in on-board memory and due to a clash it causes this issue. I have already deleted my Synapse profiles and this does not trigger a reset on on-board memory. Anyone could help on this?
