Reset/Reinstall Windows 10 - Error

I tried to reset Windows but I got: "issues with Reset ..." Then I tried a full reinstallation but it is asking me for some drivers and it does'n allow to continue. Can you point me to some documentation oh why the Windows Re-install is failing and how to fix it? Regards
