resetting authentication


Dear Support Team,

 

I am requesting assistance with resetting the two-step authentication on my account. Unfortunately, I have lost the device with the Authenticator app, as well as all backup codes. As a result, I am unable to log in to my account.

 

I would appreciate your prompt resolution of this issue. Please let me know if there are any additional details or documents required to verify my identity and restore access.
