(Resolved) New Razer Deathadder Essential

Hello, Today i bought the Razer Deathadder Essential today at my nearest shop called "Game" This is not the first razer deathadder i have had but this one seems to have the biggest problem i have had some far. When i Plug the Mouse in to my Razer Blackwidow chroma USB pass through Razer Synapse does not pick it up. This has never happend to me before I dont know if its just the mouse or is in not able to be customised.? This is the first time this problem has occoured to i'm not sure on what to do. Please help me if you can. Thanks <3

Do you get the same results when you plug the mouse into a port at the back of your PC? Let's make sure that the device works properly first before we move onto passthrough issues.

Yes i tried this then i read the manual I just reinstalled Razer synapse completely and it worked
