Restarting Synapse Service

About 3 times a day I need to restart the Synapse service (as well as associated services) as for some reason all my lighting settings just disappear and return to the default spectrum setting and unless I restart the service changing them back in the application doesnt work. I have written a powershell script I can run in a few seconds to restart the service and get everything going again but does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? I have checked the event logs and I never see any errors to indicate an issue only entries when I have restarted the services. The issue isnt world ending but it is annoying as hell!
