i bought a hyperpolling wireless dongle on 1/20/26. it got delivered yesterday and ive been having issues with it with stuttering whenever i turn the polling rate higher than 1000hz. i decided i want to return it but the return page is telling me it doesnt recognize my order number which i just copied from my email and there are no other return options that i am finding. is there any other way i havent seen yet that would let me return this?
