return issues


When I enter my information regarding my item I just receive it says the information is wrong making me unable to return it.

  1. Purchase Location: Make sure you purchased the item directly from Razer.com, as items bought from other retailers need to be returned according to their respective policies.

  2. Return Window: You have up to 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

  3. Item Condition: The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories intact.

  4. Serial Numbers: Ensure that the returned item matches the original order, including the correct serial numbers.

  5. Pre-authorization: You need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the item.
