I just received my Razer Atheris Mouse, I would like to return it because it is very glitchy and I didn't realize how small it was. When I go to return it online, it asks for my Order number and billing zip code. I put both in and it says it does not recognize it. I just want to return my mouse but this is being super difficult. Any advice?
