Hello,

I would like to request a return for my order RZITAP [removed by moderator] .

Email: [removed by moderator]

I placed the order as a guest on the Razer website, and when I go to the "Request a Return" section, the system is unable to find my order. The order was placed from Italy and was delivered this morning, March 18, 2026.

Could you please assist me in processing the return?

Let me help you with your order. I would like to forward your case to our Support Team so they can further assist you. Can you send me a PM with a photo of your Order Confirmation email so I can include it as well? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
