I received my headset 12/10/23 and I found out that they are not compatible with my Xbox and I've been trying to start a return on the website since the 11th but the website is not recognizing my order number or email for some readon. I've literally copy and pasted it and it is still not recognizing the order. I just want to return the headset. Can someone please help with this, it is becoming very frustrating at this point
