Hi, My cpu fan failed after owning my Razer 15 for less than 6 months. I contacted support and they agreed to fix the machine. Saying they would forward a postage label. This was last Friday and not a word since then. Chat seems to be down in the uk so I was wondering how I can nudge this along? I really need that machine and disappointed that it broke so quickly.
