Worst buying experience ever. Bought the wrong product and asked for them to cancel 5 minutes later and was told it was to late. now I'm trying to return the wrong product and I am being told to contact customer support but the live chat is "unavailable" and has been for three days. However, the policy says it has to be returned in 14 days but it do not know where to return my product to.
