Rewards timer not working properly

Hi all,

Anyone else having issues with their playtime on the Rewards page? It doesn't record all my playtime.

So i've been playing apex for like 5 hours today, but the rewards page says i only played 50 minutes....

So i've been playing apex for like 5 hours today, but the rewards page says i only played 50 minutes....


It seems look like there you got a software which working to killed another background apps when you are playing games. So now it might be Razer Cortex only run for only 50minutes before it been killed. Make sure cortex is running all the time to get your playtime all recorded.

Ofc make sure cortex is running all the time. Wouldn't have made this post if i didn't... obviously.

how did you make sure it was running when you playing games? can you convince it to me?

Well, at the bottom right there is a drop down menu where it shows what programs are running right. Thats where i actually clicked on cortex (like i always do) to check the timer. So it was running, it simply didn't record my playtime for some odd reason. I was online for 5 hours boosting some players at ranked play on Apex, so it did record 56 minutes exactly but nothing more. i didn't even alt tabbed out of the game, and it was running when i closed Apex.
