bought Razer blackshark v2 x headphones, I wanted to register the product, I filled everything in correctly. It says that the product is already registered, even though I bought new ones, and when I try to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound Code, it says that I need to register the device

Upon checking, it would seem that your headset's serial number was registered way back in 2023. Based on the serial number, the headset was manufactured in 2021 and was registered in 2023. There is a risk that products purchased from non authorized resellers are often counterfeit or re-boxed goods. I would suggest that you get in touch with your reseller for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not have spare 7.1 Surround activation codes. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
