RGB bugs and Synapse3

I have a naga chroma, goliathus chroma and a huntsman elite. The keyboard and mat have started stuttering their lighting or just completely turning off. The mouse still seems to work. If I exit synapse3 everything starts to work again. It sets itself on spectrum cycling and everything syncs up. If I restart Synapse the lighting shuts off or stutters on the mat and keyboard. Everything was working fine previously. I did not change any hardware or software prior to these bugs showing up either. I've reinstalled all razer software about 3 times, rebooted the pc, double checked all drivers are up to date, unplugged and replugged everything, switched usb ports. Nothing helps. Any Ideas? I'll be kind of annoyed if I spend all this money and cant use all the features of this gear.

Based on your description of the issue and the troubleshooting steps you've taken, this is likely a software issue. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of your Synapse build version? You can find this in Settings>About.

Edit: hope that helps So if I disable the chroma vizualizer app it fixes the problem. Weird but I guess thats I all I needed to do for some reason?

It has been brought to my attention that the Chroma Visualizer app stops working after the recent update is completed. Do you mind sending me your Synapse 3 logs via PM? I'll be forwarding them to our Software Team so they can look into what went wrong during the update installation. You can use this to collect the necessary files and upload them to GDrive or Dropbox.
