Rgb controller shuts lights off when synapse starts

Just installed rgb controller. Turns lights off when synapse starts. Occasionally flashes. Have checked all connections and did a clean install of synapse. Anyone have any ideas

    Do you mind sharing a short clip detailing the issue and do the lights work properly after Synapse's initialization?

    As it sounds like the exact same problem, I have too, here is a clip of how it (shouldn`t) looks like. One note to it: When I change the brightness of the detected device and close Synapse Software, the change effects all RGB lights in my case. May this helps.

    Fortunately the Support Team could help me with my problem. Doing an reinstall of Synapse 3 software, exactly as recommended (deleting all synapse folders, reinstalling it without any extensions and connecting every single device after synapse installed the needed drivers) solved the problem for me.
