rgb controller stops working when i play a game

Hi people my razer chroma adressable rgb controller stops working suddenly when i start playing any game. After a restart it starts working but why i can’t use it in a game ? Anybody have a problem like that ?

    Fans are still working by the way only rgb stops working

    I have the problem that my wolverin v2 freezes completely when I turn it on. and a reset doesn't work either.
