RGB in Windows Lockscreen

i'm using razer deathadder v2 right now. and i set my lighting to static red. but when in windows lockscreen, my mouse lighting changed to multicolor cycle, the lighting only changes back to static red only after i unlock the lockscreen. does anyone know how to fix this ?

      This is to be expected. The app controlling the lighting effects is not running when on the lock screen so the keyboard switches to the default lighting.
