My rgb key light F2 only got One colour Red but i try to find problem when i switch to RGB mode with F2 key

then the D key and X key also lightup what happen??

Have you replicated the behavior by connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or computer? Ensure that the Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 is connected directly to your computer's port, not on a USB hub.
