Right-Click Issue with Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed

Dear Razer Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed mouse. The problem started today. When I pressed the right-click button, it suddenly stopped responding. It might have triggered once, but after that, it no longer worked — pressing it doesn’t do anything anymore.

I have already checked the settings and confirmed that everything seems correct, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this matter?

I’m here to help. Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse before the issue? Any noticeable physical damage from the device? Please try to perform a mouse reset below:

  1. Unplug your mouse from your computer.
  2. Press the left mouse button + the right mouse button + Scroll Wheel button at the same time for about 10 seconds
  3. Plug your mouse into the computer while holding step #2.
  4. Your computer will recognize a new device and will start to install the drivers if this is done correctly.
