Which headphones are these?

Have you tried putting both buds in the charging case and waiting about 15 minutes?

If you have already tried this, it is possible that the contact on the bud is dirty or there is some dirt in the charging case that is preventing contact.

The hammerhead wireless 2021. I tried it and also i try to clean the contacts but still not working

The headphones themselves should have a touch function, press the buttons on both earbuds for at least 30 seconds. If you hear a sound, very good! The earbuds then reset to factory settings. and then try it again

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the charging cable. Make sure the charging cable is plugged properly into a power source and earbuds. Try using a different charging cable to see if that helps.

2. Clean the charging ports: Dirt or debris can accumulate in the charging ports, preventing the earbuds from charging. Use a soft brush or cotton swab to clean the charging ports.

3. Reset the earbuds: Try resetting your earbuds by putting them back in the charging case and holding down the button on the back of its case for 15 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds turn off.

4. Update the firmware: Ensure your earbuds is running the latest firmware version. You can check for updates using the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app.
