Right earbud on razer hammerhead V3 x Hyperspeed is not making any sound

The right earbud on my razer hammerhead v3 x hyperspeed doesnt make any sound i use them on my ps5 and pc and it doesnt make sound on either when I play on ps5 I switch it over to hyperspeed wireless with the case plugged in and on the pc I switch it over the Bluetooth. The left one works just fine but the right doesn't. Last night I left them on the charger but still only the left one has any sound ive tried cleaning out the charging area on both the case ans earbud but there isnt any dirt which makes sense bc ive only had them for about 3 weeks. So what do I do?

It wakes up and connects to devices inside the case. It probably made your battery so low it's not being detected by the charger and won't charge.

 

RMA. Preferably refund because I warned them about this at release.
