Ring light fault

I’ve seen several comments on this forum around the Ring Lights failing after minimal use. The same thing has happened to me. I bought it 8months ago and have used it a handful of times. In between it just sat on my desk and wasn’t moved. Now it won’t turn on at all and the Razer website says that it’s out of warranty? Massively disappointing for an £80 light to only allow three uses before it breaks. 

Any Razer folk willing to pick this up?

Hello Neopara,

I understand that your Razer Ring Light isn't turning on. To help isolate the issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the power connection and ensure the ring light is connected to a 5V 2.5A power adapter.
  2. Press the ring light’s power button to turn it on.
  3. Inspect the USB cable for any damage and try using a different USB port.
