Ripsaw HD Capture Card isn't detected by my computer or OBS

I was recently gifted a Razer Ripsaw by my friend as I wanted to get into streaming and wanted to add console games to that roster. The Ripsaw is a hand-me-down as they upgraded to a built-in card instead. When I connect everything up, my TV turns on and diplays the signal as would be expected and the Ripsaw's light turns on, but my computer and Synapse and of course OBS dont notice it, I have tried multiple ports on my computer aswell just in case. I also attempted to download its drivers, but it asks me to plug it in to continue, which as simple as it is, it doesn't recognise that I have plugged it in. I dont have the ripsaws original USB-C cable, but I'm not entirely sure if thats an issue. I've looked online and it seems my problem is rather unique as I couldn't find anyone with the same problem, but tried some solutions to no avail.

Did you already try using a different USB 3.0 Type-C to Type-A cable for further isolation? Make sure it's also plugged in securely into the type C port of the capture card.
