Just bought the ripsaw hd i plug all the cables correctly but i cant see my monitor on nvidia contrtol panel and in displys when i turn on pc i get the capture card display and not my monitor resolution, im using the out HDMI into my monitor nd thats all, been trying to get help for 3 hours and nothing.

    Did you connect the Razer Ripsaw HD to a 3.0 USB port and did you mean "dual" PC? I would love to check on this further. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for model-specific fixes to help you resolve the issue. Thanks! *Thread locked.
