Ripsaw HD freezing when streaming with Wakaru

Hello.

I got a 2nd hand ripsaw HD, but it the ripsaw video freezes when I used wakaru to vtube with.
if I unplugged the connection and return it, OBS would display normally for a few seconds until the ripsaw vid. stops again.
Im using a 3yr old laptop with an i5-7600, 1050,8gb ram, and a 1tb Hdd
i'm guessing my computer's on life support and can't handle the load, but I played planetside2 with wakaru and it seems fine.
What're you guys thoughts on the matter?

Hi there! Please check if your webcam and the Razer Ripsaw are on a separate USB host. Check if the issue persists after changing your webcam's settings lower than 1080p. There's a possibility that the cables in your setup are the ones causing this behavior.
